The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) received approval from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to implement Cardinal Care, effective October 1, 2023. As part of this, effective November 1, 2023, Acentra Health will no longer accept or review CCCP Waiver cases for Medallion 4 members. Managed Care health plans will coordinate and authorize CCCP Waiver requests for Medallion 4 Managed Care members starting November 1, 2023.
We would like to inform you that Acentra has scheduled targeted Provider training sessions to commence in October. These sessions will focus on guiding you through the process of registering in our system and submitting service authorization requests. In the coming weeks, we will add the registration link.
